Drawing from his legal background, he discovered a newfound passion for crafting collaborative resolutions that go beyond conventional legal outcomes.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to legal practice in 2016. Prior to founding Calderbank Dispute Resolution, Phil worked at Slater & Gordon Lawyers, Gordon Legal and the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner.
